Insurance & TPA Coordination
Insurance & TPA Coordination
Organized Applications. Clear Follow-up. Better Visibility.
Insurance empanelment is the process through which a hospital seeks to become part of an insurer or TPA network, so that eligible insured patients can access covered healthcare services at that hospital. A TPA (Third Party Administrator) supports health insurance administration and coordination between the patient, hospital and insurance company. EMC supports and coordinates the empanelment process — final approval and network terms are always determined by the relevant insurer or TPA. Claims processing, billing, cashless-desk operations and government schemes are treated as separate scope items unless specifically agreed.
